Processing times for orders depend on your location. We typically process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package to its destination.
Orders typically arrive within 4 to 9 business days. For international deliveries, this timeframe may vary between 7 and 14 days or between 14 and 20 business days depending on your location. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses based on stock availability. We do this to ensure you receive your complete order as quickly as possible.
All products are delivered free of charge.
We offer a paid shipping service that takes into account different options and accelerates processing times. Delivery timeframes remain unchanged.

We can only cancel if the order has not been processed for shipment. Our processing times are relatively fast, so you must email us right after placing your order to give us the best chance.
Orders cannot be cancelled during transit as there is no way to reroute the package.
If you no longer want the item, please wait to receive it, then contact us for information on returns/refunds.
Although our expected delivery timeframe is 4 to 9 business days after your order is shipped, delays are not always within our control.
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate the situation and resolve the issue for you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if provided) and in its original packaging.
You must provide a photo of your item(s) before shipment so we can assess the condition.
For orders with free shipping, the buyer must cover return and label costs.

We offer shipping protection on all orders for an additional $4. This protects your order in case of loss during transit, damage, failed delivery attempts, and also when tracking indicates it was delivered but you haven't received it.
Without shipping protection, we cannot guarantee refunds for orders that show as delivered but the buyer claims not to have received.
Please note that shipping protection is a non-refundable item.
In some cases, early tracking may indicate your order is delivered. Orders tend to arrive a few days later.
If 5 days have passed and you still haven't received it, please contact us here.
You can also contact your local delivery service/local post office for assistance. This would be the fastest way to get help as we have limited resources to help you track and deliver your package after it leaves our warehouse.
In some cases, items may be shipped from different locations based on stock availability to ensure faster delivery.
If this is the case, you should have received multiple tracking numbers for your order.

Unfortunately, our shipping processing time is fast after an order is placed, which prevents us from making changes to the order in most cases.
Please ensure that the address and other order details you enter are correct.
