Order processing times depend on your location. We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package to its destination.

Orders typically arrive within 4-9 business days . For international deliveries, this time may vary between 7-14 days or 14-20 business days depending on your location. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses depending on stock availability. We do this to ensure you receive your complete order as quickly as possible.

We can only cancel if the order has not been processed for shipment. Our processing times are relatively fast, so you should email us immediately after placing your order to give us the best chance.

Orders cannot be cancelled during transit as there is no way to reroute the package.

We offer shipping protection on all orders for an additional $4. This protects your order in case it is lost in transit, damaged, failed delivery attempt, or when tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it.

Without shipping protection, we cannot guarantee refunds for orders that say they were delivered but the buyer claims they did not receive them.

Please note that shipping protection is a non-refundable item.
